Finding Success and Wellness

Getting stuck, s(t)ucks!

I know, yet getting stuck happens to all of us. We praise these trials that enter our lives and then convince ourselves along with the world to accept that bad things happen for good reasons.

Thinking that bad happens for good hurts and crunches my brain, ouch!

Are You Stuck?

  • Do you feel angry?
  • Do you feel upset?
  • Are you cursing often? (could be the reason for getting more stuck)  You can only do so much in a little way with the word luck which sounds close to another word we know that starts with 'F'
  • Are you holding back from expressing something important to you?
If you answered yes to most of the above it's time to not lose yourself and give up, instead drop some pounds of crap from your life energy and from your body too.

Building Up Waste is Breaking You Down

Is there any hope for us? We put out one fire in our life like fixing a leak in our homes and then the toilet overflows.  It's a way of thinking about life that is reflected in a lot of our entertainment culture like in movies.

Some of the funniest movies I have seen has the protagonist go through every misfortune from A-Z and by the end of the story on screen it all works out for them.  Nothing about the story would lead you to believe in this miraculous ending of rewards.

This is  the thing that when the good ending ends, curtain closes. We get up, go the bathroom and wash the butter off our fingers from the popcorn and head for the parking lot.

Movie ended well but our life goes on and we try to ignore that some things will come up into our lives with or without our permission like doing the dishes by hand and getting running noses, flat tires and leaking pipes, having children LOL.

We need something that doesn't cost money and give us an addiction.  If we need help we can and should get medical attention.  So when you have to go out and you're waiting to for your clothes to dry but the dryer isn't working, don't give up, just start crying.

Other Ideals Instead of Crying

Note: When someone tells you to take a deep breath it's the last thing you want to do. But it works.

Tip:  Don't think about the problem and bury your head in a comfortable place until you can't anymore because others are asking questions about what you're doing with your head in the ground.
  • The point above should be funny to you
  • Humor is good for you
  • If you can laugh without harming anyone else do so
  • Walk it off
  • Spend time in nature
  • Using a breathing app to guide your air flow

A Few More Ideals to Lighten Up

  • The less air we intake the more stressed we are likely to be
  • Fish need water like we need air
  • Pet an animal that won't eat you
  • Be honest sometimes thinking about the problem is the problem. Think about something better for you
If you can try something bad for you, you can try something good for you. Start trying better things for you asap.
