Anytime is a good time to inward smile with your body.  Imagine your heart was like seeing a good friend. If you want to feel calm focus on your heart and smile with it. You will feel your heart lighten up.

How to Inward Smile 

Focus your awareness on an area of your body and smile with it.  Note: You can put a hand or both on that part of your body. You will notice a connection between that area of your body and your brain which is activated with a smile.
