 Why you should be a Kraut!

Sauerkraut, are you kidding me?

No. Years ago when I served some hot dogs I noticed that some people got into the Kraut thing with their sausage of choice.

They were Krauts. Krautty like I am now.

Just being funny. Here is Dr. Berg and I can handle his delivery. He teaches with an upbeat!  

Dis-stink or distinct I thought it was odd that something that smelled like Sauerkraut was so good for you.  

Look if your not sure about Sauerkraut you better be before you pop that microwave popcorn or bag of chips open.

If you love coleslaw then Sauerkraut is glorified beyond doubt. It has potential health benefits for you.
