I love coffee, a lot of coffee. Then things started to change. Not for the better.
Coffee is a drink a lot of people go for to get things going at the start of the day.
It makes you feel alert and energetic.
Coffee is also a drink that makes a lot of people edgier perhaps by disrupting sleep.
You may also experience higher stress levels and anxiety and have more energy to worry more and eat more.
Rest is important with too much coffee it may be difficult to get.
The amazing thing about coffee is it's energy and taste factor, that's why we enjoy it.
If you are trying to lose weight a lot of coffee may not be ideal.
I appreciate Dr. Eric Berg and he has some great insights he shares with you about coffee.
Personally I ran instant coffee under tap water and I couldn't believe all the bubbles I was seeing. It looks like soap detergent. I guess that's why you have to boil the water.
Organic is the better way to go if you must have your coffee.
In my experience perhaps coffee did give me energy but it also made me over energetic when I wanted to wind down it increased my potential to feel edgier and hyper to the point where I would eat more and stress felt like more because coffee fueled it.
When I fasted from coffee and had green tea instead (beneficial to the body) I did not have to experience any headaches.
Sugar is no good but we like it. Don't use a lot in your coffee.
Try seeing if you like one packet or teaspoon if you must have.
Cinnamon is like a sweetener but natural.
If you want to sleep better, eat less but still eat the right amount of food to satisfy, and feel less anxious consider decreasing the amount of coffee you drink if you are drinking too much.
