 Thoughts: How Ideals Shape Reality


We tend to think a lot. Studies have revealed astronomical amounts of thoughts go through our head all day and night.  

Some thoughts make us feel good and some don't. 

We feel uncomfortable when we can't manage or remove the thoughts and ideals that leave us unsettled.

Does that mean we should worry about those thoughts if they are persistent?

Often we might just be dealing with a set of negative thoughts because our ego lost faith and we feel we have to take on the whole world of our problems. 

The problem with that is when you think about problems your mind comes up with more mental arguments. We may think we are right about all the wrong things happening to us but at the same time we don't feel good about it.

Good thoughts lead to better outcomes just like bad thoughts can lead to the opposite.

For example once I start thinking about KFC I know it won't be long before I get some lol.

With the above example I wonder what more we can do when we get ideals and thoughts in our head that we do like and what will follow.  

When I can't forgive I feel all sorts of things like disappointment, frustration, so I would imagine that having a thought to forgive someone could be better for us. 

That does not mean you need to see that person or talk to them you would do better to start at your heart first when it comes to forgiving.
