Did you sit for 5 hours today and mediate? Just kidding.  In just 5 minutes you can meditate and change your world by changing your mind in real time.

Meditation is not magic! No ticket required. Your thoughts are the show!

Find a quiet place, make sure taps are not dripping if inside, that's only if you are a Meditation Master (out in theaters soon), 'My power is to sit and breath.'

Or do the sit and breath meditation out in nature, preferably not at a sports match, in the grass with ticks, at a dog park or near a bear trail.

Sit straight if you can, it's good for the organs anyways and just breath. Follow the breath in and out of your nose if your just a beginner or expert.
