I was shocked that trust and respect could be that simple to use in evaluating the potential of any relationship in your life.

If we could just ask ourselves, can we trust this person and do they respect us, then we can decide on how much to invest in any relationship that is in our lives.

No one is safe from the 'Trust Respect Analysis Method'

Use The TRAM

If you come across anyone who does not respect you then I can assure you that you are better off not trusting them also.

If you cannot trust someone, then I can assure you that they have no respect for you either.

It's not uncommon today for us to understand, no matter who the person is when someone is toxic the further you are from them the better you are.

We all have our toxic moments but what that means is if we can't control ourselves we will try to infect others harshly with our negative energy.

No Respect = No Trust

No Trust = No Respect
Respect = Trust
Trust = Respect

It's that simple (I am trying to write more)

Love your neighbor or try not to have your mind on them if you don't
