Nothing changes a negative mind faster than GRATITUDE!!

It's too easy but it's true. Yet, if we know that much we unfortunately discover (kidding) how powerful our mind is and how it can effect our reality in less than a heartbeat.

There are people in hospitals for example who are hoping for the freedom and mobility that we have.

Yet on Monday morning with all that relative freedom and mobility we feel like slaves if we are not doing what we love at any level in our life. If you can't during the week what about the weekends?

I can only really write and post on the weekends. It's made me feel richer than my bank account. I want to see where the joy of doing what I love will take me.

Not doing what we love is painful and wasteful. You are priceless while you are here! That much we know is true.

Whatever your passion is find the time to do it. Find the time for you to feel truly more alive than you ever did.

We all have a talent which may not be our 9-5 work. So what? It's not over.

If you love to paint or take photos that's what you do instead of TV, re-watching movies, etc.  Do what they do. Bring the art of your life to LIFE!!

The uncomfortable profit is you went and bought the canvas to paint. If you never did that before then congratulate yourself. Get uncomfortable a little and express your gift.  Everyone you most likely admire have done just that!

Joy leads the way better than anything else I know even through being uncomfortable when your are choosing to do amazing things with your life.

Doing what you love is like being in love, when you feel that feeling everything is light and golden. Your soul dances!!

Find what you love to do and do it. Now! Even if you write a note about doing it!
