Mondays! How did Monday become a day to reckon with.  Of course it depends on who you are and what you do for a living.  

Imagine what you are doing in your life in order for you to look forward to Mondays

"My children can do whatever they want as long as it means they love getting up every day.  They have to love what they do so that they are looking forward to  Mondays!" I'm paraphrasing what I heard a business man say to a small group of people while paying respect at a funeral.

Personal sirens and pulsating alarms should be going off if you don't look forward to Mondays. Why are you not doing what you love right now? All the authors you love wrote before they were ever known for the stories we cherish.

What would you look forward to doing on Monday morning? You can imagine this now and start moving the pieces in reality.  Do you like photography, go for a walk and start taking pictures with your camera or mobile phone.

Wouldn't you love to go to bed every night knowing that the next day you will be doing what you love?

Your mind does not have to live surviving only, you are anyways, so use your thoughts to think on how to thrive instead.

Whatever you love to do, do it! It will work! You will get results that please you and inspire and encourage you to do more of what you love.

You deserve to feel great and when you reward yourself with an activity you love you will feel awesome for it! Why not? You don't have to wait for your awesome feelings!
