Dream Building 101: Directing the Imagination!



If your ideal self is not where it should be, don't worry you are in a good place. As long as what you want feels natural and it won't harm another, imagine and desire it right now!

Your imagination is like canvas, paint the image of you looking at yourself and where you should be based on what you want. See it as clear as you can. What is around you? What are people saying about you while you see yourself in this desired state. What are you wearing, and driving?

Relax now after feeling those images and watch how it transforms your life. It won't even feel like it's an effort. Authentic love never feels like work. If what you desire you love it's even easier! You will notice, and see how much power you have to initiate positive changes in your life.

The - What are you? - App 

1. Say, "I AM (put in your word)." Imagine it. See it now as if you can see yourself in a dream being who you say you are.

2. Say, "I HAVE (put in your word)." Imagine it. See it now as if you can see yourself in a dream with you having it.

Creepy Thoughts

Now whenever you get a creepy thought that feels unnatural replace it with the thoughts you made above. An I AM statement can be, "I AM strong." That wipes out a lot of fear thinking. If you can see it you can believe it so much easier. Are you strong? Yes you are! Imagine what you look like being confident.

If your I AM and I HAVE words do not feel natural to you, let it go until you lock on with your desire that feels right.

Thought Experiment:

Replace fear of failure with excited for success. Now watch what unfolds in your life when your mind is in success mode.

Go ahead and have fun with this. Do you know how often we sabotage ourselves by the wrong thinking. These are thoughts, we have some control over thinking, so be direct! Think often about what is right for you (and won't harm others).

Why do we do this? To Be Heal~Thy...

For example if you want to lose weight you feel like you have to control yourself and that's hard for most of us.  While control is required it's the effect part only. You also have to deal with the cause for making poor food choices. I believe that the  right way of thinking can help.

I don't have to be a Doctor to tell you that a burger and fries combo is more than  enough calories for a day and we still eat more than that! The cause that needs to be a addressed is weight loss true, but what is our focus. If we focus on being healthy it's easier to have degrees of success by controlling what we chose to eat.

Riddle: When you can't have something you want it more!!

"I AM HEALTHY," That thought will set in motion a way for you to at least start seeing how you can make better food choices rather than focus on not eating. This will make you feel in control of your health and content more often.

My Story: I AM a Writer!  I HAVE financial security! The reality is not 100% there today but I have made more progress towards those two statements in less time (like 3 months) than the years I wasted not thinking about what I AM and what I HAVE.

Since creating the above statements I have written more than I ever have and I have found more and more ways to save and use money wisely.

Have fun finding out what to ASK for in your life so you will want to SEEK it and get ready to go through the DOOR to that new ideal of yourself.
