Steps of joy or the journey of worry?
How many fitness minutes did you get today?
I am concerned when I hear others make poor excuses for not helping themselves improve their lives!
Many people experience strength and confidence by doing something active on a daily basis like fitness training or just walking. Excuses against your own well being is a weakness you can overcome. If you disagree with me, see below.
Take a hike! At least go for a walk
For a change, fitness can take or ease your mind if there are some problems or challenges you are facing. If you were walking in a park for example, you can see how the nature of things might take your mind off your problems even for some moments by absorbing the life living around you.
If your life was the same as an inflated balloon then zero fitness minutes would be the equivalent of letting the air out. The resulting effect can leave you feeling f(l)at and discontent.
One way to overcome a sense of weakness is by taking a walk! Walking is a perfect example of a fitness activity most of us can start right away. If you are able to walk then you don't need a gym or a dollar to be active. If intense activity stresses you then a walk around the block or more should be perfect for you.
While we know there are no guarantees, we can observe patterns like the sunrise and sunset. Inactivity is a pattern that suggests the opposite of living this life.
Get up off the couch of worry and get up and out!
You are worth more than you know don't hurt yourself with inactivity. Start counting how may fitness minutes you are getting a day. Feel good and feel proud that you can do it! It begins to build your strength inside and out.

Please consider the power of walking, step up into your strengths and out of the habit of defining your weaknesses (all the things you can't do excuses). Walking is a great alternative if you cannot do more than that for your fitness activity.

- releases toxins through your breathing and sweating
Too much worrying can stress you and further it can wreak havoc on your health. If you have to, talk to someone you trust, or a professional like a doctor. I bet even a doctor wouldn't say walking is bad if you are not active often. Either way if you feel you need medical advice and assistance get it!
